Creativity is my strength, I enjoy showcasing new ideas to enhance products & overall experience.

My passion started when cooking with my Grandmother in their country hotel while on school holidays. My first paid kitchen job was as a Bakers assistant after school & weekends where I decided I would be happy in Kitchens for the rest of my life.
When cooking I am inspired by ingredients, finding figs in season, fresh peaches or fresh orange roughy in the markets they will quickly become my favorite dish to cook and experiment with. When the next great ingredient arrives the cycle starts over again.
I believe in developing my team by using multiple resources to give them exposure & opportunity.
